Solvik Boats

Norway based Pål Vedner was inspired to reintroduce charm, elegance and atmosphere into boat life after a trip to Italy. He teamed up with the naval architect Øystein Jaer, and together they made a beautiful traditional looking shoreboat, with hidden forces and surprising qualities.

Pål Vedner, Solvik Boats: "In the process of building Solvik, we were in a constant search of the best materials. To us, Kebony is the most beautiful and long lasting wood for yacht decking and flooring. It also undoubtedly has the best grip and the nicest way of obtaining that silky grey patina."
