This villa in Sindelfingen near Stuttgart is a special kind of jewel.
The company of Holz und Design takes the credit here for top-notch design and immaculate laying work. For the occupant, Simon Alber, both quality and sustainability are equally crucial, which is why terrace surfacing of Kebony Clear in 90×22 mm sections was chosen for this project.
The terrace planking was used both as flooring for the different zones of the outside space and as cladding for a modern summer house, on the exterior of which an outside shower has been installed. The terrace was secured by means of invisible screw joints, while the substructure is made of 50×30 mm aluminium sections with a concrete slab base.
