To experience Kebony firsthand and convince yourself of the quality and appearance of our wood, we recommend visiting one of our local specialist retailers. There you can receive personal advice and inspect the material firsthand.

Product Sample Ordering Policy

This policy provides clarity on the sample selection and ordering process based on user identity types.

1. User Selection

When placing an order, you must select your identity type from the following options:

• Professional (Installers, Contractors, Architects, Distributors, Manufacturers of windows and doors or furniture, …)
• Internal (Kebony collaborator)

2. Ordering Guidelines

Depending on the selected identity type, the following product ordering limitations apply:

a. Professional

If you select Professional, you will have access to view the complete list of boxed products.

You may order only one product at a time.

b. Internal

If you select Internal, the product ordering limits vary based on your specific internal type:

• Internal Bulk: You may order a maximum of 50 products, which can be either single or boxed products.
• Internal Sales: You may order a maximum of 4 products, which can also be either single or boxed products.
